User Settings are found by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of the iGUIDE Portal page.
The email can be changed in the User Settings>Edit Profile section on the iGUIDE Portal.
The password can be changed in the User Settings>Change Password section on the iGUIDE Portal.
Signing in with Google
If you have only ever signed into the iGUIDE Portal with Google, the portal will not have a password stored for you.
You will need to create one using the Reset password function on the Sign In page. The same applies to the iGUIDE Support Desk and the iGUIDE Forum.
Changing your email or password on the portal requires that you have a password set for your user account.
