This article is here to help explain the iGUIDE View Expiration Date. 

Every iGUIDE View has an expiration date, which is automatically set for one year after the iGUIDE View is originally drafted. 

The draft date is shown on the My iGUIDES page underneath the title/address of the property.

The expiration date can be changed at any time. To change the expiration date of an iGUIDE View, follow the steps below: 

  1. On the My iGUIDEs page search for the property that requires the expiration date to be changed.

  1. Click the blue Edit button on the iGUIDE. This will bring up the Edit View page.

  1. Look for the text field Expiration Date under the Edit View title. It will show the current expiration date.

  1.  Click inside the text field to change the date manually or click the calendar icon to have a calendar pop up and choose the date this way. Refer to figure 2.

  2. Once a new expiration date has been chosen, click on the blue Save button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
