This article explains how to download and use an iGUIDE offline (without internet access). To download an iGUIDE offline follow these steps:
From the My iGUIDEs page, choose an iGUIDE to download.
Click the iGUIDE Report button. This will open up the Send Report page.
Scroll down the Send Report page to the Preview section.

Under Downloads click on the word Download or right-click to start downloading the zipped files. Refer to figure 1.
Depending on how the computer is set up and which internet browser is being used, the files may show up in different areas. With Google Chrome, the downloaded offline iGUIDE will show up at the bottom of the screen. From here click the file to unzip it. Refer to figure 2.

After clicking on the offline iGUIDE file. The .zip file opens. If the internet browser being used does not show the downloaded files this way, then search for the downloaded .zip file through the file folders on the computer.
NOTE: The files must be unzipped before they can be used. A small zipper above the file icon indicates that it is zipped.

Click Extract underneath the pink text Compressed Folder Tools. An option to extract (unzip) the file opens. Refer to figure 3.

Click the Extract All button and follow the prompts to rename the file and specify a location for the extracted files as required. Once these details have been confirmed the extract/unzip process will start. Refer to figure 4.
When the unzipping/extracting process is complete, a new file folder will open with the extracted/unzipped files. It will look like the original view when the file was clicked to open the downloaded files, except it will not say compressed. Also, the zipper will not show on the file folder. Refer to figure 5.

Click on the file to open the folders.

To open the offline iGUIDE, click on the index file. The iGUIDE will open without internet access. Refer to figure 6.
NOTE: If transferring to a USB drive, transfer the entire offline folder, containing all of the sub-folders. Each folder contains information that is required to open the iGUIDE. Without all the folders the offline iGUIDE will not work.
