A pano(rama) tile replacement is for when the photographer needs to make edits to the existing panos (i.e. photoshop the pano tile images).
Pano tile replacement is not to be confused with a pano update, which is performed by the drafting team.
The photographer may need to edit the pano tile images for any or all of the following reasons.
The images contain any personal or sensitive information the homeowner does not want to be seen by the public.
The images contain people, animals or objects (such as the tripod) that interfere with the visuals within the iGUIDE.
Pano tiles can be replaced by the photographer through tools available on the portal. This process can only be done within the first 2 weeks of an iGUIDE being active.
After this date the new panos must be added manually by the drafting team, resulting in a pano update and the associated charge.
The process for replacing pano tiles are as follows:
Click the blue Edit button on the iGUIDE.
On the left hand side of the screen, under Licensee Actions, click the Replace Pano Tiles tab.
On the preview iGUIDE, select a pano that you need to edit and click Download all(see Figure 1 below).
Process the image files(f0 to f5 and the s photosphere) using editing software of your choice.
Once you have completed editing the images, follow the instructions shown in the grey box under the Uploaded Images heading.
Ensure the pano tiles downloaded from the portal have the same name when uploading back to the portal.
Review and ensure that the pano tiles have been uploaded in the same order matching above.
Click the blue Save button and review once again.
Click the blue Submit button.
Note: Pano tile replacement is free of charge and can be performed up until 2 weeks after the iGUIDE has been published.
